The courses will be held at 7:30PM Eastern
Time on Tuesdays and Wednesday nights for 2 hours.
Eastern – 7:30 pm
Central – 6:30 pm
Mountain – 5:30 pm
Pacific – 4:30 pm
Alaska – 3:30 pm
Hawaii – 1:30 pm
Each day of lecture lasts 2 hours, regardless of number of topics
covered.
The archive lectures will only be available for viewing for
one week and are not eligible for CME hours. Likewise if one
misses the lecture one will have a week to view the lecture
without opportunity to interact with faculty.
